I just dealt with a very rude ebayer. Seriously I have never had someone be that rude to me on ebay!

I sold a lot of mlps on ebay a while ago. Like back in the last week of November. I posted in the auction that I only wanted us or canadian bidders on my auction. I just didn't feel like shipping internationally at the time. Not only that but since I had a really bad experience with paypal a while ago(I no longer use paypal) So I thought it would be hard for international buyers to send payment.

Well the ponies sold but when I checked in to my computer to see who they sold to....it was a international bidder that won them. I wasn't very happy :? that the bidder obviously didn't read my auction. So I messaged the bidder and let them know that I didn't take international buyers on this lot of ponies.

The buyer then begged me to sell the ponies to her,saying she wanted a few certain ponies that were in the lot real bad, and had been looking forever for them. So I decided to accept her bid and went to my post office to find out shipping costs for her.

A day later I emailed her the shipping costs. Then she questioned me about how she was going to send me payment. She again didn't read my auction so she was planning on sending me a paypal. I told her I didn't do paypal(which I know is annoying to international buyers but honestly she should of read my auction to begin with), and I named a few ways that I knew how she could pay me.(secure funds only of course)

I told her I didn't want her to send cash(she really badly wanted to do that), I told her I didn't want to risk it getting lost in the mail. I told her about international money orders and to check and see if she could get one of those from her post office. Since money orders are secure funds.

Took her a few days but she got back to me and said yes she had gotten the international money order and it was sent out.(this happened the same week as the item sold) She said she sent it express or something like that so it would only take like two weeks maybe two weeks and a half to get the payment.

Well weeks went by and it was now the beginning of January and still nothing. I check in with her and told her I didn't recieve anything and it had been a month.

All I asked her for was proof that she had sent out the international money order, like a receipt showing proof of the day she sent it out. Just to ease my mind. Thats when she got all bent out of shape and starting emailing me rude emails. She claimed that I must have the payment by now, and that I wasn't being honest.

By the third week in January and still no payment I was starting to get alittle upset with this buyer. I did email her still asking if she would send proof, or ask her post office what might be wrong. And as strange as this is going to sound, I oddly got a email from her so called :roll: boyfriend saying she had sent out payment later then she had told me. And he appologized for the payment taking a while.

So I emailed her again a few days later and she said that her boyfriend never gets involved in her ebay transactions. But yet it was a totally different email address that had replied to my email.

Still no proof of purchase, and she was no longer repling to my emails or messages from ebay. So I went and put up a nonpaid item dispute.

Oddly enough once I did that she emailed me twice right away, very rude saying that it was my post offices fault that I hadn't recieved the payment and said some really nasty things ethic wise to me. I took total offense!!! As I was not being rude and did not deserve those nasty comments!

(I checked in with my post office several times and they said there was nothing they could do for me and that my mail hasn't been slow in recieveing things. They said payment shouldn't be taking over a month)So I tried to tell her I checked in with my post office. She didn't contact me after that, and the dispute was left with only one reply from her. Saying she sent out payment. And had sent me proof, which I never recieved :x

So a day later I message her asking if she had asked her post office about the international money. Since she claimed that she would. She didn't contact me after that.

So today(with still no payment in the mail)I emailed her saying that I had waited long enough with her still not sending proof of purchase and that the ponies were going back up on ebay. I was seriously tired of her excuses and the fact that her communication was so poor.

She replied to me today and sent a really rude email saying that she was planning on filing a non recieveing item dispute against me, went off on me. I still haven't left her a negative and I don't see why she is all bent out of shape. I seriously waited long enough. Its February 5 for goodness sake. And I told her, if I do recieve your payment I will send the full amount back to you(since I relisted the ponies)and I will remove the unpaid item dispute strike against her. And she still is being rude.

I can't believe this person. Did I do anything wrong here? Why is she flipping out on me like that?
