You did do nothing wrong! In fact, you were very generous for letting her even TRY paying for the lot since you said you didn't take international bids.
She sounds like she's 13. And for her to have the nerve to file a non recieveing item dispute against you is just lunacy!
Follow through with the nonpaid item dispute. Although to be honest I'd be kind of afraid to give her a negative since she might give you one back. But do whatever you feel comfortable with.
