Does anyone else feel like maybe she gave the payment to the BF to mail, and he didn't do it? Maybe that's why he emailed you behind her back, and why she thinks you've got it? Regardless of what she thinks, there's no call for her to act like a brat...
I think I'd email her a C&P from the BF's letter and see what she thinks of it. And I'd hold out on her feedback until you see how this all smoothes out. After all, if you leave her feedback, then she's holding the last card...
