I would maybe send the seller a polite email about the scratch and definitely about the shipping. Even if it was stated in the auction that's major gouging with the shipping and I'm pretty sure it's not something Ebay approves of (you could do a search in Ebay's Help topics to see what they have to say about inflated shipping).
