She knows what she is doing, or at least, she knows what she ATTEMPTED to do, which was commit fraud. She is scared and paranoid because she's been caught. nobody ever expects to get caught. That's why she has this sort of verbal diarrhea thing going on with ALLL the neverending EXCUSES, she doesnt even know what she is excusing herself from, after all, all I'm gonna do is send them back for a refund.



This person...KNOWS...she sent me the wrong lemondrop. She was the one who did it. She doesn't need any further explanation for WHY I filed a item not as described dispute. She doesn't need to be told what the difference is.
