She's talking about corpsy's ponies being returned, not your ponies. USP doesn't deliver to PO boxes. which corspy has. (this was posted at the arena? I think)

For the rest of what you have written, I agree with you. I'm sorry if it seemed like I was doubting that you got a bait and switch lemon drop, I'm not. They do look like 2 totally seperate ponies. (regardless, in the very slim chance they *were* the same, the seller still hid the fact that you would be getting one with a hairchop with some very clever photography. so it is deception then too.)

The mile long list of her life, that's a huge red scammer flag. She *could* be telling the truth, but we all know the sympathy card is one scammers like to employ. So yes, at this point it is best for all to continue with your paypal files. Hopefully in the worse case of not getting the proper items, it's caught early enough that you will get your money back. And the fact the seller is disclosing information to a costumer about another transaction, that's not good either.

Wart, you've handled things very well. Not removing the chargeback, and saying "I don't understand what you're trying to say" in response to that message from the seller is pretty much the only way to deal with this type of situation.
