Hi guys, most of you probably have no idea what Iron Cupcake is, so to sum it up it is like Iron Chef, but with cupcakes. Every month a new ingredient is announced and it must be incorporated into a cupcake. October's ingredient was cheese, and this was entry:

It's a chocolate cupcake with a cherry ricotta center, frosted with mascarpone frosting. A dusting of cocoa powder and a cherry rest on top. These really were very very good! To read more about them, visit my blog The Cupcake Review.

At the end of the month anyone anywhere can place their vote for their favorite Iron Cupcake entered that month. The winner receives heaps of cool prizes. You can vote at:
