Do I like it? Um yeah I am totally obsessed with it actually!

The funny thing is I think when I was a kid that it scared me a little. I brought the book over to the daycare where I work and started reading it to the kids there, and the little ones looked pretty disturbed, like when Max left his room to go vist the wild things. I had to change the story because one of the kids was about to cry, I started making stuff up like :"Max played hide and seek" "they ate cake"etc...

I guess I shouldve read it to the older kids or something. I heard that their are university classes that analyze childrens literature, and this is one of the books that gets analyzed a lot, apparently its very symbolic.
