Well a few people have seen her and I waited to post her because I was debating cutting her hair, but Gracie talked me out of a short cut. So without further delay, my holiday mascot. The one, the only, HoliGlory!
Isn't she prettys? ^///^ She was a Mejesty (I seem to never use a Glory for me Glory customs...weird...). She was reooted I believe witrh Candy Apple and Sea Nymph; I got a bait lot while back with many partial erhairs s o I took the hair from that. Her stripe row was exteded to be a full third row of plugs, so she has a very nice full mane. The holly leaves by her eye were a last minute addition that I thought added a little something to her. Bonus points to HeavyHooves for suggesting I do her symbol the way I did ^^
And now, this girl. I finally caved and did this with my last Baby Glory bait; I figured she was white enough and I didn't need a Baby HoliGlory *that* badly. Plus, I felt that Unlucky Clover was a desaturated version of Sea Nymph, so....
It's always bothered me that the NBBE Gusty had regular colored hair; bay unis have desaturated version of their mother's hair colors after all. Not that I don't love my BBE Gusty (only BBE I will love ^^; ) but I love the baby uni pose so I had to do this. And like I said, Unlucky Clover was a desaturated version, so I thought it fit perfectly! And I was so proud of the maple leaves; I suck at drawing, let along painting leaves, so when those turned out good I was thrilled! Her eyes are also repainted in Minty green too. So now my Gusty has fraturnal twins ^^
Also I find it interesting that the uni babyies are a color wheel! Majesty is blue with a white streak; Glory is purple maned with a blue streak; Moonie is pink maned with a purple streak; and Gusty is green maned with a pink streak. All I need is a white uni with white mane and green streak and it's a full circle!
Actually I have a desin, but I doubt I'll make her. But still, I'm happy ^^
Now...to make some doll clothes, curl my swap pony's hair, and figure out how to reassemble wings for my Dark Starcatcher...
