I would get an XL. Hope you're having kids' sizes printed, too?? If so I'll also be getting a Youth Small.

Oh, and I'm not sure if this is helpful or not, but have you considered using a site like Zazzle.com? After the fair you could upload the design to an account and people could order them on whatever kind of shirt they liked. You wouldn't have to ship them or anything, but you would still get the profits to go towards fair costs or next year's fair, or whatever.
