I would completely understand if it was stated in the rules that there were no name changes available. however, it's not stated, and people are not given a solid/official answer in a timely manner.
we are lucky that we have this awesome person that is willing to pay to keep this board running, but she has to be available to take care of her members that make the board worth paying for.
