The Contract for the New Random Acts of Pony Kindness Group is ready!!

All members who wish to join the social group must agree to these and send a pm to Gypsydancer of their signed contract to be permitted to join.

Random Acts of Pony Kindness Membership Contract

Part I Membership

Section A. Membership Requirements

1. Be a member of the My Little Pony Trading Post for a minimum of two months.

2. Be actively posting.

3. Have a minimum post count of 100.

4. Must have no old outstanding transaction issues such as refunds/items due.

5. Participation in any previous swaps should be positive and fulfilled in full.

Part II Information Access

Section A. Privacy Policy

Privacy of all members of the My Little Pony Trading Post is of our utmost importance. Sending RAOPKs deals with sensitive information that must be safeguarded at all times for the safety and protection of our members. All members of the Random Acts of Pony Kindness group must adhere to all parts of the Privacy Policy.

1. Members of the RAOPK Social Group must never store, sell, or divulge information about other Members of the Social Group, Members of the My Little Pony Trading Post, or other online communities. This includes full names, addresses, phone numbers and other sensitive information. Information in the Database is not to be used for any other purpose other than to commit a Random Act of Pony Kindness.

Section B. Providing and Locating Information

1. All sensitive information will be held offline by Gypsydancer in a “RAOPK Database”.

2. Information gathering is limited to Members of the My Little Pony Trading Post who have granted or have agreed permission to be added to the Database.

3. If information of other members you wish to RAOPK is already on hand from previous transactions it must not be used for RAOPKs without express permission from that Member. Please contact Gypsydancer who will contact that member on your behalf asking for permission to add the address to the RAOPK Database.

4. If for any reason a person denies or does not grant permission to include their name and address to the database, the information will not be included in the Database and cannot be used to commit a RAOPK. This action may be considered a breach of personal privacy and membership to the Random Acts of Pony Kindness Social Group may be suspended.

5. Database information is for use by Members of the Random Acts of Pony Kindness Social Group only. Information is not to be passed by members of the RAOPK Social Group to non members.

Section A. Agreement

Access to the My Little Pony Trading Post Random Act of Pony Kindness Social Group is initially temporary. To remain a member of the RAOPK Social Group it is vital to complete this form and submit to Gypsydancer by pm. If you cannot agree, meet the requirements or comply in full to all parts of this contract membership may be suspended or denied.

As soon as I've been here long enough and have enough posts, I'll be in. I only have a small collection, but I believe everone should do some giving! There's too much selfishness in the world of collectors, and since joining I've seen that there are mlp collectors out there that don't just chase that elusive pony at the expense of all others. As a younger collector who didn't quite realise what I had I've been taken advantage of several times. It's what made me stop collecting actively. But I'm back and I'm here and I'm seeing something so new to me, a community where there are people, not just 'collections'. I'm slowly building my collection back to where it was. First, by chasing the ponies I used to have in my collection, and eventually, finding some of those others I dreamt about in all my mlp colouring books (I've always had a thing for dancing butterflies, but somehow never got hold of her!) So when I've qualified, you'll definitely be hearing from me!

Wonderful to have you rejoin collecting Stormness! We definately like to view our TP community as one big family that supports one another and will help others in need.
I'm sorry you were taken advantage of in the past. It's happened to some people in the past(including me- yikes!). It's a shame people do that but don't let that discourage you in any way. Quick question please

So do we print out the contract & sign it for real then scan it back to Gypsy?
Or
Do we just type our name info on the contact?

I want to make sure I have filled out the form right before sending it out.

You would just copy and type out your info. A real scan isn't necessary.

PS. For those who are waiting for membership to clear I haven't forgotten about you. It's on my to-do list to contact you all regarding contracts, acceptance, etc.
