Unhappy Black paint?

What kind of paint is best for a black colour? I don't want to make my pony look *piantish* Like no brush strokes or acrylic look. Is spray paint good ?

Spray paint is very tricky, it can react badly with pony plastic and leave the custom sticky. The best thing in my opinion, is to get a good quality acrylic black, thin it with some water, and paint on many thin coats. Or you could try to dye it black, but dyeing is sort of hit-and-miss.

I have black Spray from the little people shop.... um um, the game with the orcs and dragons and elves.... Games Work Shop! (i had to cheet and look on the lable...)

Its awesome stuff, good coverage, no flaking, all you need is lots of little goes, and no big close sprays, or it will run.
