Love-in-Bloom and Lady Salmon
I got 2 more finished and photographed!

First, a little bit of holiday counter-programming, here is Love-in-Bloom. Her little viney tendril heart plant is made from apoxie clay, and she is painted with Testors Acrylics.





And next is Lady Salmon, who had been in the works for about 2.5 years (about when I discovered I did in fact love sushi!). She was a dye job gone bad (I was trying for red) that I eventually realized she was a perfect shade of salmon. So, in deference to all great sushi based customs before me (especially PoniesYeah's Sushi Girl!) here is Lady Salmon:

Those are both great! Love in Bloom is stunning. She reminds me of a romantic Valentines day pony.

The sculpting involved in Love-in-Bloom's symbol just blows me away. I love it. It elicits feelings of a rose bush in me, which just makes it all the more perfect in my mind.

The sushi on Salmon looks good enough to eat. It's so realistic. Fantastic!

These ponies absolutely wow me...the colors are just yummy and I can't get enough of them!! Definitely the best customs I've seen in a long time.

These two are SO creative!!! WOW!!! I love the colors of Love-In-Bloom. Her symbol is SO amazingly well done. You must have a very patient hand to make such beautiful work. And I LOVE how you made a wonderful pony out of a bad dye job. Lady Salmon is STUNNING!!! Yummy sushis!!! And I love her colors too!!
