Yipes, the Fruit Stripes gum zebra

So know I said my next custom would be the radioactive pony, and she's actually done, but she's hanging to let the sealant dry. So pictures of custom number 3 first: Yipes started as a white fakie with pink mane and tail. Paint is acrylic, the new tail is macrame cord threaded through with the embroidery floss that the lovely Starrby sent me.

Makes me nostalgic, since I used to chew that gum a lot back in the '90s (though if I remember correctly, the gum would lose its flavor after like half a second...).

That's funny! I was wondering when someone was going to attempt to make one of that guy. I use to love that gum!! It always smelled so good. He turned out cute. Nice work.

I'm slowly getting more daring... but still sticking to simple lines; I don't have the painting skill to do anything really elaborate. I think a set of Rock Band ponies may be next up.

lol you're right...it was nasty after a few seconds of chewing. I think they still make it?
