Talking Autumn Skye for josiekat, Skig's G3 to G1 Swap (PIC HEAVY)
Hello, there. As my custom has found it's way to my swap partner, josiekat I'm able to finally reveal my custom on the boards. I've been dying to do it too so I'm very happy.


Details

Autumn Skye was made using a bait Magic Message Cuddles, and given a pearly glaze. Her hair was rerooted using Craft store yellow (as it was the perfect hair match) and some unknown colors of Dollyhair. Sorry, I can't be specific as I don't know the names. Symbols were painted on one side (like the G3s) using FolkArt and Apple Barrel paints. Blush was sponged on and she was sealed with mod podge.

I went a bit crazy with the photoshoot but I hope you like them all. Shells and bouquet came courtesy of my saved wedding decoration. Autumn liked the shells so much that some went to her new home with her.

I hope my partner likes her as much as I do as it was so hard to part with her. We spent a great deal of time together and made it through some tough custom times.

This is my first serious custom I've ever shown online. So please any suggestions for when I do this the next time (which I had to promise my husband it would be " a while") would be appreciated.

NOW I see why you had such a hard time parting with her! Josie is one lucky gal. The symbols are so perfect (factory!) , the haircolor and body color are such good matchups. All around perfect gyp! Great job!

ETA: Btw- I thought those black things from the flowers- thought at first glance you had circled things in the pics with a paint program

I think they're BETTER than factory! they look cooler than they do on the G3!

and I thought the same thing about the black thingys.
