Talking Kriticocious custom FINISHED! ( pic heavy! )

FINISHED!

The finished Kriticocious custom for Jennifer "Wildshadow" Shelley.

Krit is a mix of various insects and a pony, so yes, I've sculpted a lot of buggy part onto this gal.

Basing her off of the marker painting commission I did for Wildshadow back in 2008.

Sadly, the experiment to create a black flame with Scene A Rama Water Effects was a complete failure, but hey, realistic looking fire is near impossible to sculpt. Ah well!

Kriticocious started out as a G3 Beachcomber My Little Pony. All hair was completely removed, MOST of her face cut off and completely resculpted over.

Materials used? Apoxie sculpt, thick wire coat hanger, tin foil, floral wire, floral foam ( for the interior of the balloon, to keep it light weight ), sewing thread, acrylic paint, a matte varnish, and a glossy varnish, as well as a soft shimmer powder.

She's also been scented with a plumeria oil.

One of the bug legs is removable, as are her wings.

wooah thats a bizare design n im very intrigued about how she will look in the end ur done a fantstic job on its head n mandables the eyes remind me off a sad looking bug off its a bugs life great work will be watching for more pics

Heh, nope, Sirenamber! It's not an Avatar horse, it's wildshadows character, Kriticocius, whcih she's had for a long long time. Before Avatar came out.

It might be a while until the next update. I'm not going to do anymore work on her until my customer responds to my emails and LJ posts.

But I WILL continue working on my Ellis chibi custom. I'll get around to posting his progress soon.
