New Mac = my new and improved G4 to G1

So some of you all may remember the MD meet from 2011 and its celebration of all things G4 custom contest. DB'smom was super sweet to commision me to re-do my Macintosh :-)

Got word he's arrived safely so without further ado = here's my Macintosh 2.0



real happy with how his yoke turned out :-) I made it removeable




took an old pair of barbie suede slacks and wrapped around pipe cleaners and felt so it's bendable in a good way. Painted over in places to make it look worn, hide the seams, and then further "burnished" it with mod podge

That is spectacular! I love the idea of taking G4 ponies and making G1 versions, and this example is just perfect. Well done!

heya to all !! Many thanks for the kind words :-)

yeah, totally love the FiM show but so wish the G4's looked more like... well ponies, so my granny and applebloom and rainbow dash and fluttershy are all G1's here

and yah when my daughter saw the two together she said "mom, I like your new one better." so I was glad she thought I'd improved in just a year :-) slow as molasses on my customizing here but enjoying it
