Ive seen old posts where the person who sells dollyhair was on here. Is she still??
I ordered on the 4th, it came out of my bank account & it's been FOREVER now & still nothing. I thought I remember something that flashed on the screen saying it would take 2 weeks, but it's been well over 2 weeks. Ive emailed her twice now & no response back. If it goes over a month I'm gonna have to file something with my bank to get my money back & buy elsewhere, cuz that's over $50 & have people waiting for their customs for over 3 weeks now!!

I dont want to have to do that, but I've got more than one person waiting.

this is typical for tina's behavior. she doesn't ship fast unless you're well known in the community. i've been complaining for years, i've learned to shop else where if i have time constraints.

I know she was almost having her baby and maybe, she just had the little one, and is offline and can't keep up with the orders?

I know I just ordered from her 1-2 weeks ago, and received my hair within a few days.

I did have a problem a couple months ago, where I sent the payment to her old email address and she never even knew she received the payment! As soon as I told her about it, she sent out the order. However, I did it manually, since the shopping cart wasn't working for me at that time. (She's since resolved that cart problem with a newer system).

She did have her baby about a month or so ago. She noted on her website that she'd be a bit slow to ship some items but all I can do is wish good luck. My order never arrives under three weeks. I do however order from Canada...You should have had yours by now. Hopefully it hasn't gotten lost in the mail.

I have two kids. Having a baby is no excuse as to have poor business. Someone saw her on the Arena since then, it's been a month since I ordered. I def am not ever ordering through there again & I am a recurring customer for a while now. So not sure what the hold up is, but I'm def not happy about it , especially since I've exasperated every way to get ahold of her. Her site said a 2 week delay, & still we all have lives beyond dolls & ponies, but if you can't be professional in your business...
It has caused me to have to tell my customers to wait & wait. It makes me look bad as well. I dont see why she couldn't make contact back & let me know what is going on.
