No problem! I totally agree with planning ahead of time for next summer.

Anyone in the Austin area? If not, maybe we can find a central place to meet.

I *might* be able to um... take over one of my parent's houses. (parents are divorced, don't own several houses or anything like that, lol!) >D Or my husband's idea was renting a conference room at a hotel or something of the sort, his idea seems rather pricey though. Though if those both fall through we can just have a party at Zilker Park (provided the weather allows and it isn't a hot day, we all know how that goes).

If we do the Zilker Park thing then this thing might have to be done in May or June just because of the heat. Any other sugestions would be awesome though~ (I'm sorry if I came off grumpy in the other post, but I had to get my point across and I was just in an icky mood.)

Yay! Another person to add on~ *looks around* Erm... I'm hoping for this to run smoothly but I think I may have upset a few people... Maybe it will just turn into a mini-meet or something, the outcome is still unknown. :( I'm starting to wonder that since I'm running into snags if I should just give, or do a few mini-meets... One for the panhandle and surounding states and one for the rest of Texas. Hrm... Ideas? Anyone?

Hey a few weeks ahead of time is no problem at all. Um... we need activities and stuffs, lol. First, foods! What does everyone like food wise? Get a little bit of everything for everyone ya know?

I live in Killeen and would SO love a Texas meet-up. I drive to Austin pretty regularly and would be willing to drive a little while to get there since it's a once in a while thing.

I would like to know what kind of activities everyone would be interested in, if you prefer an indoor or outdoor party, as well as favorite types of food or favorite meals.
