OMG Im totally in too! ...even though I too vanished off the face of the earth for a while. Whoops. lol I'm taking classes through the summer, but I can afford to miss just one day. if it comes down to it. I'm in NW Houston (Tomball/Cypress area) but dont mind a 4 hour drive in any direction. If its more than 4 hours away,....maybe someone wouldnt mind letting me tag along? Woosie? *GRIN*

I was just informed by my parents that i'm being *surprise!* taken out for my birthday, a week early. They've gone an purchased tickets to a Broadway show.
So now I am unable to make it the 5th/6th of June. Sorry ladies! I hope another weekend will win so I can attend

Well I know I would prefer the 12-13th as well, I realized I'd goofed with my weekends (must have been looking at the wrong month on the calendar) and I'd be gaming on the 5th.

I need to be taken off the list for the 12th-13th of June, I found out that's when my sister in law wants to have her baby shower and I'll be helping with it for that weekend. <3

Wah, so there's no weekend where EVERYONE who wants to go could make it? *sniff sniff*

June 5-6 has the most people interested, with June 19-20 and 26-27 tied close behind. I'll say that personally, 26-27 would be better than 19-20 for me, but if 19-20 is the winner, I'll make it work.

I'm not sure how to solve this! Suggestions? Is there no way that exaltedflighty, swancrossing18, SoSoftClaire and surfstar could make one of the later two weekends? Speak up, pony friends! Anyone else who hasn't added their name to the list?

Thanks for updating the list, BTW, surfstar - I was getting confuddled. (Still am, but this is better!)

Honestly, I can make it any weekend. In our gaming sessions I'm the co-DM so the game (D&D) can happen even if I'm not there. We'd planned for this since I'd originally goofed on my days. I just need to know in advance really - especially if we're planning this to be an overnight thing.

June 4-6 would NOT work for me, as that is A-kon weekend here in Dallas. Pretty much any weekend of the summer after that would be fine for me.

so please, if at all possibly don't do it A-kon weekend, I have a booth already payed for and a stock i've been working on for the past year waiting, so there's no way I could change this.
