Where would you prefer to be?

Okay picture this:
Your S.O. decides to take you out to dinner. So he/she picks you up and blindfolds you. You have no idea where you're going! So where would you prefer to find yourself: Olive Garden or Texas Road House? For those that don't know what those are here is a short explanation:

Olive Garden: A very nice Italian place. Good music wonderful food.

Texas Road House: Picture a kind of barn. Peanut shells are all over the place courtesy of the free peanut bucket. Great steakhouse.

Now here's why I ask. My fiance helped me on Friday when my car tire blew. So I decided I would take him out to dinner this Friday. I have it down to those two places but can't decide on which one. So I ask my pony peeps to help me out.

Well I would definitely prefer Olive Garden myself, but my fiance would prefer the Steakhouse. He wouldn't care about the peanuts, just the meat, lol. Is you fiance a meat lover?

I love both places, actually. Heeh. You can't beat a good steak, but you have to be really hungry and in the mood.
On the other hand, I can eat Olive Garden if I'm only a little bit hungry, and I'm in the mood for it all the dang time! I'll vote Olive Garden.

I'm a steak kind of gal. Texas Road House for sure. Sure, Olive Garden does beautiful steaks, but you can tell it isn't their specialty, because when you order medium rare, it rarely comes out to your table that way

I voted Olive Garden. It's my favorite restaurant. Mmmmm....breadsticks and alfredo sauce.

Steakhouse, all the way. That's what a guy wants, if I asked my hubby that question he'd laugh all the way to the steakhouse. Olive Garden is just "O.K." IMHO and probably more like the kinda reasturant he should take you to. However if you all want some REAL Italian cooking you should come to my house for dinner

did I ever mention it's the reason my hubby married me? I can put Olive Garden to shame

authentic Italian my butt LOL!
