Hi guys, most of you probably have no idea what Iron Cupcake is, so to sum it up it is like Iron Chef, but with cupcakes. Every month a new ingredient is announced and it must be incorporated into a cupcake. October's ingredient was cheese, and this was entry:
It's a chocolate cupcake with a cherry ricotta center, frosted with mascarpone frosting. A dusting of cocoa powder and a cherry rest on top. These really were very very good! To read more about them, visit my blog
