I had some time to look a few more up and keep this post going. I love strange stuff.
I found many cat hats which I think is strange. My cats would never let me get close enough to fasten a hat on them.

Here's my contribution. I actually have one of these on my desk at work--it's an EcoSphere. A completely enclosed ecosystem in a glass ball. The little red things in the pic are teeny tiny live shrimp. And no, no feeding necessary, you just have to make sure they get enough light so the algae they feed on can grow.

I have nothing interesting to add, but I just had to say I would totally dress my glass cleaning solution up in a dinosaur costume. Or maybe the penguin suit.

Interesting, but not worth $50 when you can buy a cute little beta tank with a light and buy the shrimp and hatch them yourself for far less money. Cool looking item tho esp for your desktop

I was lucky enough to get mine as a gift. The EcoSphere shrimp are not brine shrimp (AKA Sea Monkeys), they're many times larger and look just like regular shrimp, only smaller. Hard to see the difference in the pic, though.
