No tatt's for me ever, but my sister has a cherry blossom tree with a nightingale on her back, and another bird in a tree on her shoulder. Than my parents each have some too but I forget what they are.

Cannibalcow: no I really do feel for you, I've never seen anything like the swollen mess my foot became after having it done. It was the first time I ever worried about what was happening with the healing of it, ouch!!

man i was a little scared the first day, then the second day i could wiggle my toes again and now it's not red or swollen anymore, but its still a little hard to walk because it sort of feels like the skin is 'too small' foor my foot if that makes any sense. but i'm still gonna get my other foot done XD never learning

It was done when I was 15 (I'm 28 now)... when Mom found out I had got a tattoo.. she slapped me~ lol.. only time mom ever smacked me tho.

Planning to get a Spyro the Dragon sometime soon - maybe on my ankle or lower leg.

I have 2 tattoos, a cross on my wrist and a butterfly with a rose on hip. I dont have any pics atm but my avatar pic is a custom pony that I painted my tats on.

Ring of roses around my ankle (first tat, in memory of my dad)
Cross made into a treble clef (in memory of my grandfather)
A red, green and yellow butterfly (in memory of my grandmother)
An eagle with an 89 (in memory of a friend who played HS football when we were younger)
A yellow ribbon with ying/yang ladybugs (in memory of actor Jonathan Brandis)
Orange ribbon/blue butterfly (in memory of a close friend from high school who passed away from Leukemia back in October, 2011)

LEFT FOREARM:

Blue ribbon with the word "advocate" on top and yellow and purple stars on the side. (Child abuse, missing children and domestic violence, respectively)

I want to get three animal paws to represent my animal advocacy sometime in the near future.

The cat tattoo is an awesome concept, maybe you'll be able to find a way to correct it?

I have three tattoos, the three chain link hearts on my left wrist is my favorite since it was drawn by a friend. I have a shy bunny on my left shoulder and a red and black tribal thingy on my right leg from just below my knee to just above my ankle.

I want to get another tattoo of Derpy/ditzy's and Rainbow Dash's cutie marks somewhere because I think they are cute.

I'm not much for tattoos i'm more of a piercing girl but I do plan to get at lease one tattoo for my 18th birthday in a few months. A fearless rune from the Mortal Instruments/Infernal Devices series.

I fell in love with these books about a year ago. (can't wait for the movie~) In the second book my favorite character get's this mark and as the name implies it makes him fearless. Fearless to the point that he almost comes out to his parent's. If any of you are fans of Glee you'll remember before Kurt and Blaine started going out and Kurt was being bullied for being gay Blaine would text him a single word, "Courage". I am out at school and because of this I receive a lot of harassment so during my freshmen year of high school one of my best friends would text just the word courage to me at random points in time through the day. I am literally Fluttershy in personality, very timid and quite. I am scared large groups of people and speaking my mind.

So for me this tattoo wouldn't just be a call to my favorite character or book series it will be a daily reminder to have courage to be my self and a reminder about some more personal things in my life.
