Hi to all!

I just discovered this forum a few days ago.... I am 51, so I grew up beofre Ponies came along, and had to enjoy them vicariously through the ones I purchased for my children. My kiddos are now 24 and 29, and guess what they got for Christmas this year??? The ponies and Moondreamers they had as children. (and a few more I could not afford when they were children) =o)

Anyway, now I am collecting ponies! I do not know how many I have at the moment. I am going to have to stop and do some cataloging before I lose track of which I have and which I need.

Hi Deb lovely to meet you! It's great to see some more mature ponies around. Our members range widely in age from around 11 to over 60. Welcome on board.

Question for the Mods....

Since I posted a mini bio/intro here...should I still do a formal intro some where else? If so, where?

Also could someone give me the steps and lable/names for the member star ratings? I did a keyword search and looked and FAQ's but if the answer was there, I totally missed it! I know Bait pony is the first rating for newbies ('cause I am one) but what is next and next......??

In the word's of Eeyore...."Thank's for listening"

Hi Skeleton_fan,

I know this is a little late answering, but I hope you don't mind. I forget to look at this Mod Intro post!
The titles under everyone's username are a surprise of sorts, so we don't post what the next one will be, but you can kind of get an idea from looking at other people's titles and post counts. The title changes as you get more posts.

About spell check, don't we all need it! I use Mozilla Firefox and it automatically spell checks everything. But just so you know, if you make a typo, you can click on "edit" at the bottom of your post and change the spelling if you need to.

Hope that helped, and I'll check and see if the other mods moved your intro over so others could see it easy. If you make your own new post in the Introductions section, that's the best way to do it. Thanks for writing!

Yep Beth, there are new ones around I'm guessing we should add our intros too!

Hi Everyone, I'm Jen and will be 32 this year (ewww I don't like typing that out!)
I started recollecting ponies back in 2001 as I hardly had anything left from my childhood. I currently have....I think somewhere in the 300s. I've never really officially counted them.
As many already know- I have an obsession with yellow ponies Unfortunately my G1 wishlist is mostly down to very rares/htfs and super expensive! Feel free to donate one to me anytime though! Most of my yellow ponies are G1. I have most of the G3s and I have only 2 G2's so far. I have a herd of Swirly Whirlys as well

I'm married and have 2 awesome sons (one is 3 and the other is 1).
I love cooking food but things I make tend to be unhealthy LOL

I love having fun and I'm very approachable! Sooooo Hi again to everyone and I will see you guys around! *hugs*

Hi everyone!

I forgot to add my intro

My name is Karina and I'm 26 (noooo! officially closer to my 30s than to my 20s!). I grew up in Mexico City and now I live in the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California with my dog Diesel (see pics). I have been collecting since uh... 2000ish? I love Mexican ponies (sentimental value) and that's how I started in the community. You can imagine my surprise to see that the ponies I grew up with were different than the ponies everyone else had grown up with. Pretty cool I have around 600 ponies (G1s and G3s), and I collect a lot of HTF/variants especially.

I love to paint (you can see some of my paintings in my website), and I looove music too. Especially punk rock. I'm always going to local punk rock shows and such.
