New Old MLP Person

Hello there. I was big into MLPs as a kid so I started collecting them again when the G3 set came out. Then I went back to school and stopped collecting anything. Sadly, I am moving and I sold most of my g1 ponies on craigslist (I needed $$ for school quickly). I am looking for advice about selling the rest of my ponies before I move across country. I gave a majority of my G#s away to some little girls I know would like them for x-mas, but I kept some to try and sell to offset the cost of my plane ticket.
So brief hello. And to be clear, I still love ponies and have the DVDs and get excited when I check them out to little girls at the library. I just can't keep them with me anymore.

Hi and welcome to the TP! Always sad to see someone selling their collections but I totally understand the need for the money too.
If you need any help with prices on what you have left, you can post a price check thread in discussion. Probably would be a good idea also to think if you want to sell in Lots or individually. Selling in lots is faster but you lose money. Selling individually can take time but you can get a bit more money from it. Good luck either way!

Thank you for the kind hellos. Sadly I sold all of the G1 ponies in a lot. All I have left are miscellaneous G3 ponies and some baby Argentina ponies.

Welcome to the TP! I'm sorry to hear that you can't have a collection with you, but i think the love for them counts quite a bit. I hope the day comes when you can have a lot of them in a special room for you to admire whenever you want. In the mean time, I hope you stay a talk ponies with us.
