I'll start the party!

So hello! My name is Annicken/cannibalcow/CC and I'm a girl from a cold country far, far away called Norway :banana17:

I have been collecting ponies ever since I got my very first pony; UK Daffodil when I was just a few years old. I mostly collect G1 ponies, and G2s. G4 ponies are also growing on me, they really are too cute. I like G3s, but not as much as the others.

I currently have...uhm...Well loads of ponies! I don't know how many, and I am not sure if I want to know My very favourite pony is Cherries Jubilee, which is why I call myself the Cherry General I absolutely adore CJ and everything Cherry related..... Some might call it a bit crazy XD There is a link in my signature to my CJ album.



Other than ponies I keep busy with work, my boyfriend and my pets

Hm what else... Well I love listening to music (metal), gaming (ps3), wrestling (Undertaker is my favourite <3), Formula 1 (Jenson Button is my favourite driver) drawing and painting a little and I take alot of pictures. Photography is a big part of my life, I guess. I barely ever go out without one of my cameras with me. Other than that I love glitter and rainbows as much as I love gorey stuff

My name is Clare but most people online call me Nat or Nattie (or the cheeky sods who've known me for good awhile call me Auntie Nattie! ). I've been a mod here since 2004 and a member since 2001.

I live in a land even further away than CC but it's not cold over here! I'm an Australian, but let me assure you that there's no Kangaroos hoping down the main street contrary to what some people will insist!

I'm fairly quiet and do most of my modding behind the scenes but I am always avaliable if you need any help and I promise I don't bite.

I have been collecting since ponies began but only have a very modest collection, mostly of G1s which some MIB (mint in box) G3s in the mix as well. At last count I had around 130 ponies. My favourite is most certainly the yellow variant of Moondancer who I've had since I was a child (and who looks rather the worse for wear!).

My other great loves are horses and dogs. I'm no longer able to ride and have been horseless for a long time but I still love them. I have two dogs, both rough collies. One is retired and the other is just a puppy and is slowly starting out on her show career and is being trained for obedience trialling, hopefully we will have a crack at herding and tracking as well.

Hi Everyone!

I am Jennifer/Summerglow, but most people around here just call me Summer. I reside in the lovely *cough* state of California.

I'm pretty busy around here raising my little boy who is going to be two years old this July! He keeps me on my toes! I also have a wonderful husband and one fluffy puppy living with us, and one troublemaking puppy living with my in laws.

I hang out mostly in the chatroom, but you will see me sneaking around and making sure things are in order around here I will try to post a little more as well.

I have a nice little collection of ponies, mostly newborn & teeny baby ponies from the g1 line, and then a smattering of g3 babies I just couldn't resist. I also have a couple of g3 Minty hanging around as well. OH and we can't forget, I have a bunch of summer wing and windy wing ponies too, of course!

Hello, TP'ers!

I am known as Jewel or MustBeJewel throughout the pony world. I'm from the state of Maryland in the USA, and I have been a part of the collecting community since 2000.

I have been collecting ponies for as long as I can remember, since the first Cotton Candy which was given to me before I could even talk. Since then, my collection has grown from my childhood herd of 45 to over 1200 individual ponies from all over the world, some of them truly one-of-a-kind items. Since 2002, I have been the hostess of the annual Maryland Pony Meet, a steadily growing gathering of pony collectors mostly from the eastern shore of the US, though in recent years, collectors have attended from clear across the country!

I became a moderator here at the Trading Post in 2005, and as of this year I have been promoted to active administrator. I really love interacting with and getting to know the people here, and I greatly look forward to doing all I can for the community.

In my non-pony life, I recently earned my bachelors degree in Film, and I currently freelance in videography, editing, voice acting, and photography, and I do digital art, painting, and sculpture for commission on the side. I also volunteer regularly as the videographer of the local Humane Society. Last year, I completed my first documentary, (unsurprisingly) called My Little Obsession.

In short, collecting ponies has opened up a crazy, quirky, wonderful world to me, both in my own personal experiences and the strong, lasting friendships I have made with fellow collectors. If there's ever anything I can help you with here at the MLPTP, or if you just want to say hi, feel free to drop me a PM anytime!

Hello Everypony!


I’m so glad to be here to help all of you. This is my favorite place to hang out on the web, with not only tons of diverse pony people, but also lots of other interests mingle here, and it’s just a great atmosphere, I find. I’ve met lots of great people here, and have learned a whole lot about things I never thought I’d even care about right here at the TP. For one, I used to be an outdoorsy girl, but posting here has taught me about the virtues of other types of activities as well, and I’ve even come to appreciate and love pink, glittery things.



I’m a G1-lover first and foremost. I do love all generations, G2s, G3s, and G4s. Not so much G3.5s, haha! Although I do have one or two just because, come on you have to have at least one, right? Anyway, I grew up in the late 80s, and 90s, so I played with G1s and G2s, and playing ponies with my sisters in the backyard remains to be one of my most fond memories. So, yeah, if I had to pick, it’d be G1s! I’ve got to recount, but I believe I have over 400 ponies now. I am feeling lately like I want to pare down a bit, but we’ll see how good I am about that!



At this stage in my life, I’m not able to be around here quite as often as I’d like because I’m working on my master’s thesis (on the origin of phosphorus in shallow groundwater in northwest Mississippi, if anyone’s interested) while working full-time. So that keeps me very busy, but the good news is there is an end in sight- after December 2013, I should graduate and be here way more often! YAY!


Anyway, I just want to say if you ever need help with a situation here, be it something as small as moving a thread for you, to having major issues with another member, please feel free to contact me. I may not be able to provide an answer right away, but I’ll respond as soon as I can. So, for a little more information on that- I’m located in the Southeast USA, and I’m on Central time. Anything other than that, I guess we’ll learn about each other on the boards. Thanks for posting here, your presence makes this place sparkle with a great energy! See you around everypony!

My name is Karina / Peppermint Truly. I live in the San Francisco bay area in California USA with my dog Diesel.

I work at a mobile app/web startup and I enjoy painting, PONIES (duh), horror movies, vintage cars, and many other things. I first showed up in the online pony scene when Mexican ponies first showed up and I've loved and been part of the TP ever since. As for ponies, I especially love foreign/variant ponies from all over the world.
