Finally registered to MLPTP!! I've been collecting ponies since the 80's. During my study I kind of lost interest, but two years ago - when I got a job at a thrift shop and discovered some old G1-pony's just a couple of days later- I decided to rekindle the love for my amazing toys. Still love their magic world, the background stories and the thrill when I find another lost soul in a box or bait sale. Last month I started restauring/ rehairing pony's, thanks to MLPTP. Before reading the FAQ here, I would never have dared to boil one of my treasures; let alone tearing their heads off! I successfully restaured four ponies up till now and I am still learning the trade. Any inside tips, information are welcome! Love to hear your stories and gaze at your collections! Bye for now!
