No, they're G3. #2 is a Core 7, the branch of g3 that more or less led into G3.5. The G3.5s are the very chibi/anime looking ones with the large heads, chunky legs, and tiny bodies. They are called G3.5 instead of G4 because they use the same characters as G3's Core 7, just in a different style. Toola Roola #1 is just a regular G3 release, and is in no way related to Core 7 or 3.5, just that her name was recycled for a new pony.
