It is hard to collect with a pony girl in the house! My daughter just found a Lily Lightly that I was going to list for sale...it's now happily nestled in the crook of her arm. The 40 or so ponies in her room? Forgotten for the time being. *Sigh* My husband just sighs and rolls his eyes at me.
As for shelves, ponies are made to be played with. I could never have MIBs because they wouldn't stay IB! I just ask my daughter to be careful. She's helped me bathe and groom, as well as grade ponies, so I think she gets it. So far anyway....

the shelves happend because my 6 year old has always been distructive to my things... so in order to protect my ponies i had to put them up high.

my husband still doesnt believe that she beheaded the one i gave her...then rescued. no more ponies for that one lol. some of my ponies are in playing range, but most are out of reach. some are still in the box (not many) but my hubby says if im gonna continue to buy them for me they stay in the box:confused:, for the girls- out of the box

...sigh the rules i put up with for my addiction.
