looking for a little doll of the 80s

Hello I wish I could have a pic, But I dont even know her name this is what I remember about her:

a little plastic doll 3 inch maybe less, she has a lot of accesories, a little dog to walk, accesories for the dog or/and a cat, some plastic dresses to change, she was in white underwear so you can put the clothes on, (like the polly pockets of now) but in the past hehe, I know there are many dolls with this description but I have seen in ghost of the doll, at ebay, but nothing.... sharing may make her come.. hiih
mm what else? any information or pic of which doll could be, would be very appreciated

Was there more than one doll to the line? Was she blonde? What kind of dog was it? Just looking for more clues so I can try and help. Was she skinny like the melanie's mall dolls and todays polly pockets or was she chubbier and more cherry merry muffin of appearance? Did she have a big head and a little body?
