Nope, not forgotten! Just been crazy at work. I had two folks quit in a couple of weeks so we have been working short and I have been coming home an exhausted mess. Any further updates on this? It's been quite a while...
Since then I've had a couple pony family portraits done (my husband's ponysona kinda became Big Macintosh - which is what the girlie and I jokingly nicknamed him). I really don't mind waiting for a piece, but this is getting to be a little crazy.

Just so everyone knows this, the mods are on it and taking it very seriously. We suggested to the people who paid already to ask for a refund. It will all be dealt with. If you have any further questions just pm a mod

I'd like to add that I requested a refund from whippet via email shortly after receiving a PM from a mod, and I very promptly received it.
