HAHAHAHA. The answer to that question is simple: whichever month it currently is!!

It makes sense if you think about it. Moms and friends who have little girls with birthdays coming up this month are buying them as birthday presents.

I wanted to buy a July Jubilee too, for a friend of mine who just had a birthday. No luck, though they had the other 11. I'll bet dollars to doughnuts I'll find plenty of July if I wait a month or two.

Definitely February, which figures because its my birth month! :roll:
I found 11 of them within the first few weeks that they showed up at our TRU (which was around the middle of February). I never saw February though so my husband bought her for me off ebay for my birthday.
Since then they have gotten several more shipments in but still no February. And now I don't see January either, so I would say they are the HTF ones.
But it really just depends on what your particular store gets in.

I haven't been able to find April, May or June yet, but I think that's just because all the stores around here missed that wave. Yay for organised staged releases!

Hopefully they will come out here eventually, since my birthday month is May. Le sigh.
