hopefully Xenophon will turn up soon......

We have established that 275 tickets were sold over 45 days ago....... sadly none of those can dispute, since the 45 day window has passed.

Its certainly worth trying though..... even if passed we can hope paypal will still accept..... Though we already do have a member whos claim was rejected due to being out of time.

We urge anyone who purchased tickets after 7 July to set a paypal dispute in place,

I didn't buy any tickets, but I hope that those people that missed the dispute deadline with PayPal are still able to get their money back if things fall through.....it looks like some people invested a lot for this raffle.

I feel so bad for those who might lose their money. My husband wouldn't let me buy tickets because he said if something seems too good to be true it probably is. I hope this all gets straightened out.

I'm still hoping she will turn up, I'd like to give her the benifit of the doubt, but if she doesn't, I'm out $200 cause it's too late for me to file:(

Last board login here was 3rd August....

Im wondering if any of you who have lodged claims have been successful in getting your money back?

I hope there is enough left in her paypal account to pay claims.....

how is everyone going who has tried to claim?

Still no news...... anyone heard anything, or have any good news regarding refunds from paypal?

Don't forget that when you go to claim they only automatically decide in your favor if the other party doesn't respond within ten days. If the other party does respond it can be more drawn out.

If you lodge past 45 days you usually will get an instant paypal message stating that you are not eligible for dispute for this transaction. It fails to say why but it's the timeframe.

Yep, there are members who have PMed to advise that their claims have been rejected due to being outside the 45 day time limit.
