JLJB there were two catagories.. Child catagory and Adult catagory.
One odd question. I thought the rules only included USA? Is there a chance that they are having children win in other countries as well? Like one in Australia, One in Germany ...etc and one in USA.
Because if they personally liked one child's art in Australia over probably hundreds of thousands of entries for USA and the other countries. Thats quite a lot of artwork to look over. Quite a bit disadvantage in my opinion.
But over all I am glad they picked a girl out who went beyond her creativity level by cutting the pony out and putting it on a differet background. That one obviously stuck out in the judges minds. It probably would mine.
Good luck everyone for the adult catagory. I never really got around submitting my ideas. I decided to keep my two blank ponies blank and never finished my "color pages".
I guess my dream was hasbro was going to go all out having stores sell the blank ponies so there would be more children aware of this competition.. Kind of like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. They could of had tablets of color sheets in the pony section with blank ponies next to it. And my personal customizers dream a pallete of hair to make rainbow hair if we wanted to, to choose from.
But then I'm the weirdo when I go to a gun show I close my eyes and pretend it is a My Little Pony show.
Good for her but boy is NYC going to be a culture shock.
See Nhill is a little country town on the old coaching route between Melbourne where SS and I live and Adelaide which is where I was born. Adelaide is some 714km west of here. Nhill is smack bang in the middle. It's such a lovely place but only has a population of 2000 people.
Boy is Lucy going to have some eye opening experiences! Good for you Miss Dart I can't wait to see that pony.
