I'd settle for just the cute outfits. It's like Barbie - every Barbie looks more or less the same (like the Core 7), but you get the new ones because they have the awesome new outfit. They seem to somewhat get this with the main line - lots of different accessory and playsets rather than outfits, but hey, that works too. But with the holiday ponies they seem to think that by sticking the pony in a new box it'll make people want to buy it. It's not working for me.
