Ebay auction for Colombian pony priced at $1,199.00

At That Price???!!!

More money than sense if anyone buys it!

It may or may not be an incorrect amount. Some International or nirvana ponies as people call them are considered pretty rare.

However, it's not normally advised to post a live auction link on a thread.

It is okay to post live auctions if they are your own. It's not okay to post live auctions if they belong to someone else.

As far as the star baby, I'd love to have her but there's no way I could afford her.

It's one of the Italian MLPArena members, judging from the screen name. Columbian babies are rare-ish, which explains the price.

Yep Columbians are pretty rare and sort after - they have only really been available to us collectors for the last 18 months or so really (correct me if I wrong) until then nobody knew much about them at all. Some of the ones that are appearing now are just stunning I've seen some of the most divine little babie on Ebay over the last few weeks - sadly well and truly out of my price range though

Some people pay that much for a handbag - some for a pony *shrugs* whatever makes you happy - I certainly couldn't or probably even would if I did have the money but good luck to those lucky enough who can

The above is correct Of course not many can afford that particular auction, but auctions in general, sometimes people want to quietly bid without an auction being posted that could potentially drive the price up more.

As for the collector/seller, He is a member here as well and does know his prices
Colombians are rare but I'm sure in a few years they will be found more frequently and the price will drop a little more.
