Welcome to the 5TH Annual
MLPTP Halloween Swap!
(Oh. Em. Gee. 5 Years of Spooky Swapness!!)

The Details:

~ This is a Halloween swap, so try to include some Halloween-y goodness for your partner

~ This will be a $20 swap. You have to spend AT LEAST $20 on your partner. This does not include shipping costs. You can spend more, but you can't spend less. Again, shipping costs will be in addition to the $20 spent on swap items.

~ Try to make the package you send be a package you would be happy to receive. Wrap the goodies! Don't cheap out!!!

~ Any Pony/ Ponies that you buy for your partner MUST be in Mint/Near Mint condition (unless your partner has stated that they are okay with certain flaws).

~ PLEASE pay attention to any allergies your swapper posts about in their wishlist!!! (I am allergic to chocolate and during one swap someone sent me a big bag of chocolates even though I clearly stated I was allergic).

~ You have to be willing to ship overseas for this swap. I'm not saying you will 100% HAVE to, but it's easier setting thing up if everyone can ship everywhere. Feel free to make the request, but it's not guaranteed.

Wishlists:

~ Remember that this swap has a limit of $20. DO NOT include rare or htf ponies on your list, you probably WON'T get them! (Most people just link to their WL on the board here, and that is fine )

~ Please post LOTS of items on your list so your partner has plenty to chose from. If your list is too small, I may PM you and ask that you add more

~ Please post flaws that are acceptable/unacceptable to you.

~ Include any candies/treats you like, and PLEASE mention if you have any allergies!

~ You may include non-mlp items on your wishlist

Rules:

~ Sign-ups start today Wednesday Aug. 25th and will run for a little over a week, closing on Friday September 3rd. Partners will be PM'd to you by Sunday September 5th.

~ PLEASE keep your tracking number/shipping receipt/customs form/PROOF that you have shipped until AFTER the swap has ended and have made sure that I have updated the list in this post to reflect the fact that your partner has received their package. I can't stress this enough!! It is the only proof that you will have if something goes wrong. Protect yourself, Peeps!

~ International packages must be shipped out by Friday October 1st

~ Domestic packages must be shipped by Friday October 8th

~As per TP Swap guidelines you must meet the following criteria to be eligible:

• Active MLPTP Membership 1 month

• Post count 50+

• Over the age of 16 ( This requirement may be waived providing there are exceptional circumstances or a sponsor can be provided. If this situation arises please discuss with a swap mod)

• You must not have any negative/neutral feedback on your feedback profile.

• Feedback at MLPTP, previous MLPTP swaps or outstanding ebay feedback

~ In addition: If you are under 18 years of age you MUST have your parent/guardian contact me acknowledging that you have their permission to enter into this swap, that they have read and understand the rules, and that they will make sure that you complete this swap to it's expectations. They must also give me their phone number so that I can contact them if any issues arise.
