Yep, toy section. The price label on the shelf says "MLP Kiosk".
One of my local walmarts has had the label for two weeks now but no ponies. UNTIL TODAY! wheeee! I mean, I was shopping for friends so no personal excitement for me, but I managed to get 4 of the 7 on my list so whoo!

I've been searching in my area, I even printed out the list but I've come up empty handed.
What areas are they showing up in so far??

I just checked the Towson, MD Walmart, looked everywhere in the toy section, baseball card section, and discount section. No ponies, in fact no MLP:FiM toys on the shelves at all aside from the Pinkie Pie babies. Either Towson Walmart does not like ponies or some bornies living here are grabbing everything first.

Any Maryland people having any luck with finding the blind bags?

*rolls around* Baaaaah. I have to whine, forgive me. So there are 3 Wal-marts within 30 min drive of my place.

Are the blind bags at the convenient Walmart between my house and my work? Noooo. That one doesn't even have a spot on the shelf where the kiosk box could go, it's all crammed full of other toys on both sides of the Wave 4 MLP's.

Are the blind bags at the other convenient Walmart the next town over in the giant shopping area so I could go shopping all day if I drive out there? Nooooo.

Are the blind bags at the little Walmart in-the-middle-of-nowhere-town? Yeaaaah. :P

I shouldn't complain since some people don't even have them at all yet, but man I don't want to drive all the way out there again this weekend to see if I can complete my collection lol. BUT I WILL. Because I love mah ponehs. <3

The Walmart where I got all of my Blind Bag ponies is out. :( I was hoping that I could get Lemon Hearts. A family member checked another Walmart and there was a tag on the shelf, but no box. :(

The store where I found mine hasn't restocked yet. It's the only one of the four I checked that is carrying them.

I checked the three walmarts near me today and still nothing, not even a spot on the shelves for them. Im getting worried seeing as the price tag isnt even on the shelves and im pretty sure the resets have been completed.I hope im wrong.
