Hello TP'ers!
I'm here to announce the re-introduction of the
RAOPK social group. We've had a lot of new members join recently, and now is a great time to reboot and re-introduce RAOPKs. I'm running the group with blessings from two lovely and wonderful ladies - Gypsydancer and MustBeJewel. With that, there are a few changes that everyone should be aware of.
First,
all members must re-join the social group, even if you were previously in it. (Sending me your address and the contract will not give you access to the social group itself.) If you want to be included in the database, please pm me your address, along with a copy of the text in the "How to Submit Your Information" section of the contract below. This way I can be sure everyone's information is correct and up-to-date.
Most important, here are the official rules:

Membership Requirements:
- Be a member of the MLPTP for a minimum of 6 months.
- Be actively posting.
- Have a minimum post count of 500.
- Must have no old outstanding transaction issues such as refunds/items due.
- Participation in any previous swaps should be positive and fulfilled in full.
Privacy Policy:
Privacy of all members of the MLPTP is taken very seriously. Sending RAOPKs deals with sensitive information that must be kept private for the protection of our members. All members of the RAOPK group must adhere to all parts of the Privacy Policy.
Members of the RAOPK Social Group must never store, sell, or divulge information about other members of the social group, members of the MLPTP, or other online communities. This includes full names, addresses, phone numbers and other sensitive information. Information in the database is not to be used for any other purpose other than to commit a Random Act of Pony Kindness.
Misuse of personal information is grounds for immediate banning, as stated in the site rules.
Providing and Retrieving Information
- All private information will be held offline by Alatariel in a secure database.
- Information gathering is limited to Members of the MLPTP who have granted or have agreed permission to be added to the Database. Database information is for use by Members of the RAOPK Social Group only. Information is not to be passed by members of the RAOPK Social Group to non members.
- If for any reason a person denies or does not grant permission to include their name and address to the database, the information will not be included in the Database and cannot be used to send an RAOPK. This action may be considered a breach of personal privacy and membership to the RAOPK Social Group may be suspended.

Access to the MLPTP ROAPK Social Group is granted only when your written agreement is provided and all eligibility requirements have been met. If you cannot agree, meet the requirements or comply in full to all parts of this contract, your membership may be suspended or denied.
