What about rolling in some curlers and leave them in for a while?

I thought bout using cut straw pieces as rollers. roll the hair was it's still damp. Surely that would help a bit with the curling ~ Thanx for the advice !!!

Straws work pretty well, but just make sure to put a bobby pin on either end so the hair doesn't unravel on you (had that happen to me a few times, so went out and bought a huge pack of bobby pins). Curlers haven't worked for me; I've had their hair get snagged in the teeth when I try to remove them and it gets frizzy and messy and I have to start over. So I recommend straws. I think the thickness of the Wendy's straws are great, especially since the curls relax a little. And Hunniebun, if curlers work for you, you go girl! Lucky.

When I use straws, I usually use a little bit of white paper towel (with no patterns on them). I wrap it around the end of the wet hair, like a perm paper, and then roll the hair onto the straw, and bobby pin it on both ends. Keeps the ends all gathered up.
