The Saga of Frostbite : Restoring a Mountain Boy *last chapter up*
Far up in the Great White North, atop a high peak of the green mountains there once lived a pony of incredible build and beauty.

He had a shining snow white mane and tail, and hip bore a birthmark of crystals of ice.

One day he fell upon bad fortune; While out enjoying a walk by the ice floes a heavy storm blew down from the Arctic regions and in the driving wind he became snowblind and he lost his way. He wandered through the deep snow for a day and a night before arriving at the door of a kind hearted person, who fed him and gave him a warm bath. He was frozen from head to toe! Icicles hung from his ears and his muzzle, and more worryingly, he could not feel his feet at all.
Sadly, he had a bad case of frostbite from the exposure to the intense weather.
One of his ears was totally gone, and one of his feet was badly bitten from the cold.

and the pony was very sad...
The kind lady who had found him and brought him in said to him,
"Do not be sad, handsome fella, I will find you a new home - with someone who can fix you up good as new and give you the love you deserve."
and she listed him on ebay...

The Saga of Frostbite : Restoring a Mountain Boy *part II*
*Part II*
Frostbite was purchased from ebay and soon found himself travelling south to the home of a pony doctor in a Big City.
He had not even enough time out of the box to draw a breath before he was put into a deep sleep by the doctor, and underwent some constructive surgery for his wounds:
First, a deep cleansing to remove any ingrained dirt:

Next, some magic - sculpt is mixed to create the replacement ear:

adding the ear and smoothing it with water

Operation a success! Just needs to dry..

Next is repairing the frostbitten hoof. A soak in hot water to soften the plastic
in order to push and pull the hoof back into it's original shape.

Magic Sculpt was applied along the crack to form "new" skin and hair over the damaged area:

As he came to late in the night, he felt very frightened because he did not know where he was. A small but friendly voice then whispered to him from across the dark room
"Frostbite don't be scared, the doctor is a nice lady and is taking good care of you ... and just wait until you see yourself in the morning, because you are so handsome!"
Frostbite was glad to hear this reassuring tone of voice, and he remembered he missed his friends in the Great White North and felt lonely.
Then the little voice spoke to him again, and it said
"Tomorrow you will see this is a happy place, you will make many friends here! Sleep tight and I'll see you after your last operation."
And Frostbite slept....
TO BE CONCLUDED...
