Is she worth keeping?

I recently found Sunny Daze at Value Village and while she was in the bag with some other toys and another pony so I couldn't exactly see what her condition was.
She has the tip of her ear almost bitten off, I was thinking of gluing it, her nose also has some bite marks and her hair is pretty puffy and knotted even after I washed it and tried to comb it out. I don't have condition at home right now because I always use 2in1 shampoo's so I need to get some.

I'm not a picky collector but I don't like how out of all the ponies I have so far, she has the worst damage with bites.
I don't have her yet so I don't want to get rid of her unless I find another one of her in better condition. Even then the thought of throwing her out bugs me lol...

I don't know why the first pic is blurry and the second isn't, my camera is weird sometimes.

Once you get her hair conditioned and ironed, she will probably look okay. You can always just keep her as a place holder until you find a better one. Then offer the bitten one as a bait to someone who does customs.

I have a bit of a soft spot for G3 donkeys, so I would keep her. Like CJFullmer said, she can always be a placeholder. If you don't like her, you can always sell her. I'd keep her, but it's up to you.

Yeah I was a little unhappy when I noticed that she was bitten, but I'm going to do my best to fix her.
I think she'll just be a fill in until I can find the same one in better shape. I've bought 4 ponies off of this site and I need to slow down for a little while lol.

I found another Sunny Daze in a different pose in good shape but all her hair is cut off. I am going to try out my first re-hairing on her, by taking the mane and tail from the bitten one and putting on the new one.
Hope I can do it properly!

Yeah its making me nervous for sure but I am attempting it anyway. I got the head off the better Sunny Daze easily, but the chewed ones head is taking a lot longer, I'm not even half way done yet and I keep having to take breaks because it makes my hands tired.
I also need smaller, longer pliers than the ones I've got, and I think I'm going to try the fishing wire stuff over the needle too.
