6.25 and 2.00...
So yesterday I hit 3 thrift stores. The first two were busts, but the last one I came home with a 6.25 lot...


Shera clothing


TWO Megans with dresses and undies, and a very nice spike (makes my other one look grey colored by comparison.

AND


The baby from the Mommy/Baby mail order set! She's not in perfect condition, some marks and a fairly big rub on the other side on her diaper, but funny, I really don't care that much lol.

Unfortunately I couldn't think of a good enough excuse to drive 45 min to go back there today, so I went to a more local one instead (same thrift chain) and came home with this little group for $2


And yea, I know the dragons aren't anything MLP or 80s, but they fit in so darn well :-P

As to Spike, it's my understanding that there is a more grey one that came with the pink dream castle and a brighter one with the lavender castle. So, you might have 2 different Spike releases!

Congrats!! And thanks for the recommendation on Mile High Flea Market! I got 7 new ponies today so I am up to 18 G3s in my collection. I was on the lookout for G1s, so that I could send you one just for the great tip. Unfortunately, the only ones I saw were baity... so I am glad you found some good stuff. The dragons are adorable!

LOL I was at the flea market this morning myself I didn't find any G1s either, just prolly the three you saw, a tailless Glory, a dirty Firefely and a pretty grungy baby Surprise. Oh, and at the building toy place they have a few baits, but lots of neat stuff to look at :-) I'm glad you went and had a good time, it's a real experience!

I got 2 of the ponies off of my wishlist (well, 3, except the Serendipity I got has a chewed foot so I will probably use her as a custom pony and continue looking for another Serendipity). I am going to post pics in my thrifty thread as soon as I get them cleaned up. Most are in good shape but DIRE need of haircare.
