Do you have any proof of this? Like an auction number? On the Arena you said she scammed your 10 year old sister. How?

I hope that it is alright for me to post this here in responce to Blondii's post.
Once I received payment from her I mailed out her items via Airmail (she did not request to have them shipped a safer, more expensive way with tracking). It has been several months and she says she never got the items and has been sending me very threatening and nasty emails. I have perfect feedback on eBay to prove that I am an honest seller and take pride in what I do. I am not now or have ever been a scammer.
I have absolutely nothing to do with the other account she is speaking of. Those pictures are not mine and there is a very good chance that that seller copied and pasted my auction details for her own since she had the sets also.
Thanks for listening.

Hi, i never received items. Seller does not have receipt or anyway to proove they were sent, i have my money order copy still to proove i paid.
It doesnt always matter that a seller has perfect feedback - this could of been the first time she has done it, or she does to a lot of people what she has done to me, banks money, says its sent, then when it is too late for a byer to leave feedback she relists under a different name.
Dizzystarswirl if u are reading this, i see that you said it could be possible for someone to copy your photos and use the, do you think this is what happened? Because they are VERY similar. W/B please.

What i meant by scamming my 10 year old sis is that my sister saved up her pocket money to buy LPS sets. I am so upset this has happened to my sister as she was in tears when they never came. I asked seller if she can please work something out with me, she never responded. So yes, my emails did get a little angry after that as i wanted an explanation. But who wouldnt be upset. Anyway, ebay are investigating Fraud and listing of stolen goods.

Whoof, second time this list has stopped me from bidding on a scammer's auctions : 0-J Thanks muchly to the TP community for the info here, and to the modgods and admins for keeping it all up to date and shipshape!
Time to go raid Katie's Toybox. ; 0-)
EDIT: Just thought I'd update the list with an Ebay seller you'd probably like to be wary of... finfansmitty. I got my items and in okay time, and figured when I was bidding that they were a bit of a risk, particularly since the pictures left something to be desired, but was still unpleasantly surprised when they arrived... he claimed in his auctions he "wasn't a collector" and thus couldn't evaluate the ponies, yet surely even a non-collector could at least make mention of the fact that their merchandise is absolutely covered in hardened crud...managed to clean it all off, luckily, after much scrubbing, but I still don't know what it was ...not sure I want to, eheh. In the case of SS Truly, she was missing perhaps a third of her flocking, very obviously so in person but oh so conveniently overexposed with a very bright flash that hid this in the auction pic... at the time I just thought he hadn't a clue how to use his camera, but now I'm wondering. Especially due to his immature reaction to anyone who gives him anything less than a perfect positive (what a whiner; if you're not going to clean what you sell or at least tell the buyer it's dirty and you didn't bother, I say you should take your lumps without complaining. Huh).
Additional pictures, due to the cruddy quality of the originals, didn't seem likely to do much (just as true in hindsight as the flaws weren't photographed to show on auction)--and no, I didn't ask questions, but "is the pony completely covered in grimy, hardened drips that you didn't picture or mention?" was not a question that occurred to me to ask X 0-P Add to that, he can't seem to take criticism without a whiny, sarcastic shout of a reply; and this when I feel like I was kind to give him neutrals and not at least one negative. X 0-P Which, given his immature reaction, I'm not so sure he deserved... in any case, I wouldn't buy from him again, and figured it was likely other poniers might want to be informed and avoid him also.

Im adding BillsToysandGames to this list ( Arena seller) since there are just too many incidences of buyers not receiving their items, or them taking ages to arrive.
He has been added into the category of "Be Wary Of"
EDIT 22/2
Category change to "AVOID"
It has come to light that this seller is giving his buyers fraudulent tracking numbers. Goods still not being received, and now tracking numbers are also bogus.
Advice is to NOT DEAL with this person/online store.

as for billstoysandgames, he's got an actual online store and gives us great pony updates.
just my opinion, but I think I answered my own questions while posting this reply. nevermind and I just saw your post about bill. Got it. will remain weary....
Thank you for keeping us updated.
