Quick scammer reference - buyers/sellers beware! UPDATED 10/18/09

I never received the items I bought from this seller on ebay:

I tried MANY times to contact her, and finally filed a dispute. She did not respond to my emails, not even when I first paid for the items. I got my money back, but I really wanted my ponies. I was soooo excited about that lot, as I'm trying to collect the winter ponies. :(

So, just a heads up for buyers. If the auction finishes lower than she wants, you won't get your
ponies. :/

I got scammed with US$190 worth of ponies (including $95 shipping) after winning 5 lots on ebay. They were supposed to send them via Surface so by the time I was suspicious that the ponies hadn't arrived (it could take up to 4 months) it was too late to do anything. Others also did not receive their ponies.

I should have put a Paypal claim in at the deadline to be safe but didn't.

Are you sure? Flamescavy was on ebay just last week........ is it an ebay glitch that they are coming up as "Not valid"

Okay, I found the problem--in the list on the first page, some of the names are capitalized, which when copied and pasted into the block option, cause an error. I made them all lower case, and some still come up as invalid. I tried an ebay search for these too:

I found these after making some changes to the way they were listed on the first page:

toynostagiaman! --> misspelled. Should be toynostaligiaman!


These need to be un-capitalized:

Wow, the list at the beginning of this topic has a lot of scammers! I'm surprised that that many bad pony users exist. But there's still more good ones than bad ones, which is a good thing.

You will receive your pony...but this seller is very selective about their photography and descriptions.Pretty much all their ponies are described as being in 'played with condition'. Photos are taken from angles that hide serious faults.
I have had two ponies from them where significant faults have been left out of the item description, and they have failed to respond to questions.Be aware that ponies from this seller will probably be just above bait condition, buy at your own risk O:

I bought baby licorice from dragon.lover-2008 on ebay and NEVER recieved her
i emailed and filed a claim but it was over holliday season and the 20 days were up before i excalated the claim.
never heard from her/him

and the worst part? i couldnt even leave negative feedback because too much tiem had passed

so im out $40 with nothing to show and now way to retaliate except here

I had some problems with a pony I sold on Ebay to a bidder from BRAZIL with the ID 4speed-lucky2005! I didn't even know about this thread. A few days after I threatened to file a *non-pay* with Ebay, the person e-mailed me to say that HER "son" Raul lost his job and that they had to rely on her meager income to support them and that SHE would borrow money to pay for the pony. I felt awful! Then SHE paid me like 3 weeks after the auction closed. I sent the pony, after she was sent I found this thread somehow..... I really can't remember, I think I was looking up pony wear or something...... Anyways, I am so scared to see that this person is on here!!!! Luckily the LADY got back to me to say SHE got my pony in good condition, I made DARN sure there would be no probs with the pony when I mailed her..... But I was really sweating it when I read about Raul on here, I am so HAPPY this info is here for all to read. I am BLOCKING every one of these people right now!!
