Wish I would've read through this thread sooner.. Aargh!
I won a lot of ponies from johnnydeppswife and paid $20 for priority shipping over 2 weeks ago. We're both in the state of Florida so even sent parcel post and even if she waited a week to ship, they should still be here by now.
It looks like she sold a whole group of stuff at once and other people have already left feedback that they got theirs. Mine was the last lot she had and she doesn't have any current listings. So, I guess I'm the one getting scammed this time around..
I already filed a paypal claim as soon as I found this thread, but, I bet she's already pulled the money out of paypal as she bought a bunch of ponies right after I paid. So, I bet they got paid for with the money I spent for the lot.
I'm not sure if this belongs here, so, move it if it doesn't and I'm sorry for the inconvenience in advance..

From E-bay - she has excellent prices and tons of ponies, but the two I received today had quite a bit of highlighter on them that was not mentioned anywhere in the description. She had styled the ponies' hair to hide it in the photos.
If you buy a pony from her that's not listed as mint, be sure to ask specifically for every flaw - even though she may say "no major flaws" her idea of major is different than most. I consider an obvious highlighter mark the size of a pencil eraser on the DS (along with highlighter scribbles on the leg) a major flaw, but neither of these were listed or visible in the photos.

Buyers need to be aware of Goldmine_p on ebay. She used to sell as Ladyofthelantern.
Last year she listed a lot of ponies (as Ladyofthelantern) - one of which I won.
The pony never arrived. She was very communicative until she had the money, then ignored all our friendly efforts to find out what was happening.
The pony never arrived, we had to claim back through Paypal, she received a lot of negatives from us and other buyers and she de-registered.
However, we discovered her other ID: goldmine_p - because she has left herself feedback.
A few weeks back she listed the same ponies again on this second ID. And guess what? She now has a pile of negatives for non-receipt of goods and no comms.
I suspect she will deregister this ID as well. If I see her again (she has a silly habit of posting a pic of herself!) I will update.

I knew the name was familiar - she just registered here and at the Arena with the name rapunzelsparadise. Maybe you could try making a thread in the Trades/Sales Support forum to see if you can resolve the issue?

Eh, they were gifts for my little sister. If I send them back then she won't have her ponies anymore and no one else is selling them at a reasonable price. I'll just deal with them (marks won't come off with acetone/NP remover) but I wanted anyone else to know in case they were buying non-mint ponies.

do you think it might be an idea to add foxmsj64 to the list?
She is someone I would recommend blocking as a buyer after having dealt with her personally on ebay.. please see: trader support thread from arena

I only glanced though the original post, so if someone else has mentioned this I apologize in advance!
Sellers might want to avoid berryprincess .
I recently sold a Strawberry Shortcake item to her on eBay, details here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140500254164&ssPageNam e=STRK:MESOX:IT
She *did* end up paying, but only after I opened a not-paid case. Today I looked through the feedback she has left for people she has bought from & I am glad I opened the case. Looks like she usually waits until a few months later & leaves neutral or neg feedback without ever attempting to communicate with the seller. I sent her invoices multiple times & friendly messages asking for her payment plans, none of these were answered.

I am not collecting MLPs anymore but I got scammed by BillsToysAndGames (order value 200$) and a woman from Canada (order value 300$) selling semi-regularly MIB mint in bag mail offer (?) MLPs on Ebay. I dont think they even sent the parcels since they didnt respond my emails when I asked abt my missing stuff. Both happened in year 2006. Those expensive scams were the reason I stopped collecting. Also one seller from Argentina sold a lot of MIB & MOC MLPs which had suffered from water & dirt and were in garbage condition. They smelled moldy. I unfortunately bought from that guy(?) too.

BROOKE KUTIK is back on ebay under two new ID's:
scottishdeerhound1234
balison123
She is selling ponies she scammed other members out of and has a pony rap sheet a mile long. DO NOT fall for her auctions. If you see her listing the same ponies on both ID's at the same time report her to ebay immediately so the auctions will be taken down. Do not trust her farther than you can throw her and, if you can, block her selling ID's so you won't even see her auctions. DO NOT take a risk on this seller!
