Okay, got off the phone with paypal, they fixed it so it's an item not as described claim. Here is the pic from the auction;

and here are my arrivals. It looks to me like the bowtie is the same and the lemondrop is obviously just not. anybody else?

Uh . . . not the same ponies at all :( Not sure if it's the camera but Baby BT even looks to be a different colour blue.

This is the auction picture Corpsey sent me to find out if they were my mommy charms in it. I'm sure she won't mind me posting it. Are these the same ponies becasue they look they they even have the same tail ribbons on?

There must be others out there trying to deal with her though because I didn't bid on all the mommy charms I had a few of them. Wonder how those folks are going?

I agree with you. They don't look the same from that photo. (does she look like the picture when viewed at the exact same angle as the photo?).

Ragardless if it's the same pony, if the hairchop wasn't mentioned in the auction it's not as described.

Princess locket, just saw the photo you added. Yes, that's the same babies in the auction photo..... everything matches, hair, ribbons, curls. Def not the baby lemondrop Wart recieved, unless the haircut was hidden by the camera angle.

Ugh.. To me that baby lemondrop in Warts auction is exactly the Lemondrop in my auction. Look at her tail ribbon!
The parts of the hair you DO see in Warts auction pic are that of a non chopped pony. LD in Warts auctions hair is a little tall.. but not chopped. I'm sure she is the same one as in mine.
Have you contacted the seller about LD being the same as mine Wart?..

She had opened a Claim then recieved the item, closed it just to open a not as descibed claim. So I am at my wits end. I got the ponies back from UPS. (Well got a message.) They tried to deliver them back today & I was out. They will try again on wednesday or I can drive to their office & pick it up. I'm not sure but I think I will let them bring it back. Gas is WAY to much to drive to where their big office is.

I'm glad you got the ponies wart though I think its incredibly lame that you didn't get the LD you thought you were getting (far the rarer of the two in your auction I'd say)

The whole UPS VS USPS could be to blame for the delay but there was that whole week of no contact to get me worried too.

NO! STOP! stop, stop, stop. Allow me to disavow you all, watchers and participants, right now, of the notion that this person is not LYING. She knows what she is doing, or at least, she knows what she ATTEMPTED to do, which was commit fraud. She is scared and paranoid because she's been caught. nobody ever expects to get caught. That's why she has this sort of verbal diarrhea thing going on with ALLL the neverending EXCUSES, she doesnt even know what she is excusing herself from, after all, all I'm gonna do is send them back for a refund.



This person...KNOWS...she sent me the wrong lemondrop. She was the one who did it. She doesn't need any further explanation for WHY I filed a item not as described dispute. She doesn't need to be told what the difference is.

She's talking about corpsy's ponies being returned, not your ponies. USP doesn't deliver to PO boxes. which corspy has. (this was posted at the arena? I think)

For the rest of what you have written, I agree with you. I'm sorry if it seemed like I was doubting that you got a bait and switch lemon drop, I'm not. They do look like 2 totally seperate ponies. (regardless, in the very slim chance they *were* the same, the seller still hid the fact that you would be getting one with a hairchop with some very clever photography. so it is deception then too.)

The mile long list of her life, that's a huge red scammer flag. She *could* be telling the truth, but we all know the sympathy card is one scammers like to employ. So yes, at this point it is best for all to continue with your paypal files. Hopefully in the worse case of not getting the proper items, it's caught early enough that you will get your money back. And the fact the seller is disclosing information to a costumer about another transaction, that's not good either.

Wart, you've handled things very well. Not removing the chargeback, and saying "I don't understand what you're trying to say" in response to that message from the seller is pretty much the only way to deal with this type of situation.

No, FF, in fact, I was going to try to post a photo and try and get second opinions from people, cus when she got here that was the first thing I did; try and play with her hair and make it look like the picture. Princess Locket's picture clinched it, though.

I was trying, with my tone, to dispel my earlier tone in the OP, of giving the seller the benefit of the doubt. I didn't want anyone who got caught in this and who may be watching to wait before pursuing some sort of resolution.

What I wonder too is this; how can she be telling the truth when she says she has sent corpsey's ponies, when I have corpsey's bowtie? I'm curious as to whether she is just using the returns and delays to stall and didn't send anything, or if she has some other bowtie she is sending, or if she omitted bowtie from the bunch, or what?

Hopefully this can be resolved...... Its mind boggling how she seems to have mixed up everyones ponies...... UGHH
