Hey Wys!

Thanks so much for dropping in. I know things have been really hectic for you and I appreciate your taking the time to pop in and respond to some concerns.

Holdups in customs or delayed postal services certainly aren't anyone's fault, and most of us have had to ship something out late for one reason or another in the past.. it just happens! But we really appreciate your communication and everything until this all gets settled.

Good luck with the RL stuff getting sorted out, I know it's been rough!

I haven't heard back from Wysteria about the receipt she was going to look for. I don't really have any options so I'm going to go leave feedback. It just REALLY sucks to be out $45, an awesome pony and have nothing I can do about it :(

It still hasn't shown up? :( I couldn't find my actual receipt from the post office but I found the one from the custom form that shows I mailed it to you. There's a customs number on it, would it help you at all to have that number? I don't know if your post office could tell if it's stuck in customs or something with it? I really wish I had a spare pony to send you:(

The last time I sent something to Canada the customs number worked like a tracking number, it told me when the package cleared customs and when it was delivered.

I just wanted to update and let everyone know that Wysteria sent me an unexpected partial refund for the pony this morning. It was really great of her to do that. I have changed the feedback I originally left her to reflect this
